I am helping my other half divorced 10 years ago but still has house with ex,acrimonious split, no real contact, police gave her a harrassmet notice about a year after split, both self representing, she has refused to sort out the house which she lives in all children are adults, she has recently applied to court for property adjustment order, my partner has no problem with this but ex refuses to pay him any equity out ( about £50,000 ), he has been transparent with finances but his ex has not and judge has ruled his ex has to answer all the questions put to her and provide missing paperwork, my partner has done his, court deadline has passed but he has received nothing off her, he had to chase up last lot of overdue paperwork but she got nasty saying he was bullying her( she had put it in to court but just did not give it to him)! Does anyone know what he has to do now, does he go back to the court and if so, how does he do this? or does he need try to write to her to ask for itfirst ( he is not keen to do this due to how she is behaving), it will be difficult for him to go to the FDR meeting without this information as he doesnt have her full disclosure.
thanks

It may be worthwhile writing to her giving a further deadline to comply with the paperwork, say 7 or 14 days, and say that if she does not he will apply to court for Directions.

If he has to then do this, it is form D11 and a fee of I think £155 and there will be a short hearing for the judge to 'direct' what should happen next.

Of course if the FDR is imminent then there may not be time to do this, but the lack of disclosure can be addressed again at FDR, and if necessary this hearing part heard/adjourned to a later date.
