Hi guys

Quick question...

I submitted form E to ex and court today, I didn't paginate at all, not sure if this will be a problem.

For the inevitable FDR should I cross out all of the existing page numbers of form E, statements, other documents and hand write new page numbers as well as add appendices?

Cheers

Just a quick update for all the LIP wikis out there...
I just re-read the practice Directions 27a. If both parties are LIP's threre is no requirement to produce a bundle unless directed to do so by the court. Obviously, if you feel it's helpful to provide one, you can, as long as it complies with the practice Directions. So I expect I will only need to produce one at the final hearing.
