Hi my stbx has not produced any paperwork whatsoever, he produced no information in form E and no paperwork for the second hearing so far which is on the 15th December ( I sent in mine as ordered by the courts on the 6th October) Can I ask the courts for an adjournment as i have not been able to produce an open offer as i do not have any of his financial details? Do the other party have to agree to this? How do I ask for an adjournment?

Do you believe that if it is adjourned he will produce paperwork?

Unless you knew for sure, I''d let the FDR go ahead and let the judge come down on him like a ton of bricks for not adhering to the court orders.

If the judge thinks it appropriate he will then schedule a further FDR, or, schedule the final hearing.

It won''t be necessary for you to make an offer if you don''t have any details, unless you already have a good idea of what his assets are.

Thank you Lunar- I will go ahead and let it run and hope he sends in his paperwork, hopefully he might get the costs for that day for not adhering to the orders x
