Ex and I had mediation earlier this year and the recommendation was finalised in September. Now ex does not agree with everything discussed in mediation and would like to repeat the disclosure exercise on voluntary basis (with his solicitor). I''d like to ask if this will cause any harm in my case should I refuse to take part now (unless he made an application to court) as it is likely to end in court anyway. I asked to him to put forward a proposal to save time and cost. What is the likely cost if I go to court having a solicitor and if I represent myself, no cost? Thank you.
