At the FDA hearing the judge directed us to obtain 3 examples of estate agent particulars of properties suited for respective housing needs.
In the form E my ex states he needs a 2/3 bed property even though his older children (20,18 and 17) live with me and will continue to do so. They spend little time with him and never stayed. What size properties do I submit in respect of him and for me, do I look for properties that will house all of my children even though the eldest is no longer in education but resides at home still? I should have asked for clarification at the time I know! Anyone able to help please?
