If you are representing yourself and drafting your own order for Child Arrangements on one of the new templates, you need to be aware that there are errors in the CAP02Lite template, as identified by barrister Lucy Reed here: pinktape.co.uk/rants/a-jarndyced-view/

Being aware of this could save a great deal of time and expense.

I''m sorry this post is a bit brief - what is clearly required is a model Child Arrangements Order based around the template with the necessary corrections in place, but that is a task for another month!

It is to be hoped that now the errors have been pointed out a new CAP02LiterthanLite will be issued, but we may have to wait a while.
