My wife and I are separating and at the moment are amicable. We are selling the house and splitting the equity. But now she has come back saying she wants 67% and for me to have 33%. How can i work this out?

We also have credit cards and loans, would we both be responsible for whoevers name they are in?

Would like some advice please

How much equity in the house?

CETV of each of your pensions? How are you splitting these?

What are the plans to house you all following sale of FMH?

About £130,000

Not too sure about the pensions would need to find out.

Both get a property for us and someone where the children can come and stay.
