Hi Im just wondering what i heard in court on monday was for real.

my ex got an exparte non molestation order against me claiming violent behavior towards her, the fear of kidnapping her son stalking harassment you name it its on there.

I have been arrested 3 times with over 3 hours of interviewing and no charges with NFA being taken.

well on the first hearing she admitted that I have never shown any violence towards her or her son and in fact im a decent bloke that she is sad that contact between us she had to stop. she also said that she is in no fear of me. when asked about the fear of kidnapping her son she ameaded that as its something the police have mentioned regarding my past with my ex wife, (my ex wife kidnapped my kids and in the end i got residence and PR over my son and step daughter) asked if she was in fear for her son she replied no. I offered an undertaking to the court which was basically what was written on the order apart from I wish if we could come to some agreement regarding contact. The judge dismissed my undertaking. The child is nearly 13 and iv played a major part in his life from the age of 3, poor lad lost his real dad in a bike crash when he was 4, although we have been split 2 years now I have had contact on a very if not too much regular basis.

the judge didnt even want to hear what i had to say at all and just went on about the next hearing date,
Can some one tell me just what im missing here ?
I do have a police record which im not proud off of silly offences and a few allegations made against me where its been either drop or iv been found not guilty.

cheers
