Hi Everyone

I am new at here...
Please give me any advice..please.

I have found my husband have been unfathful...He has got on-line dating site ...
We have separated for 6 months.(I live with my parents now)

I want to divorce because I can't stand with him.
but I don't have enough money to ask solicitor (can't get legal aid..). He says he won't pay any settlement.
because the house is his sole name.
(we married for 8 years. No children. I am working as parttime.)
He just want to keep everything we have got during our marriage without paying nothing to me
How can I claim on him?
Just let him doing whatever he want?

Rather I want to do "revange"...I want to tell people what he has done.??

I wouldn't get involved in telling tales. It demeans you. IF you think the girls are underage, then please inform the police and let them investigate, otherwise your husband's sex life is his own.

Why can't you get legal aid?

I think, however angry/vengeful you feel, you need to use a cool head and ensure that you get a financial settlement that is satisfactory.

very hard times for u.
you need to go to citizens advice bureau or a solicitor who will give you a free half an hour appointment but explain your position before you go as some appointments may run over the allotted 30 mins and then you start paying.
i have very litle experience in all this but others on here will advise you far better than me, but i would imagine you will be entitled to some settlement.

best not to get involved in revenge, you may regret it later.

best wishes
