Hi what can be done as my ex partner is still living in a shared property as well as my 3 grown up kids,I still pay the majority of bills whilst she pays nothing.
She has applied to uni and want me to fill in student finance forms..... Will I be held liable for any debt?
2 how to go forward with out damaging the kids. ( all adults)
3 she is using at least 3 different names at the moment and status. Eg married partner etc and I am not sure which of the legal people I am dealing with
