Thanks Mitchum, You are absolutely right any contact now or indeed any contact any time would take me back to the start. Looking back now I can see that I am beginning to move on..slowly.

I feel much better today and have no wish to contact him. It''s like an addiction that will not leave you alone when its really bad but I''m so glad that I did not relent.
