so here goes:

ARRRRGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!
ARRRRRGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH!

oddly that does help (you do need to type it - cut and paste really isnt the same).

The next things that would help would be, an ex who:

a) is able to discuss christmas arrangements for the kids without linking them to me objecting to her wanting to move them 250 miles next year.

b) is at least able to reject mediation rather than stringing it out (while simultaneiously emailing me saying she wont discuss anything)

c) could stop making frankly delusional accusations about me (that would be especially nice).

Maybe I should write a note to santa?

With your 3 wishes - you need to find a lamp to rub!

thanks :)

not sure it would be a good idea to put a lamp in my hands just now, I dont think it would survive long.

But if I find one that works when I''ve calmed down a bit I''ll let you know.
