John Cougar Mellencamp

"Yours forever"

Here we are in the grays of winter
Here we are just me and you
Hold my hand
Let's face tomorrow
Tomorrow still holds out its hands to you

This precious time
We've only borrowed
The autumn winds have blown on through
A quiet thought will tell our story
Tomorrow still holds out its hands to you
Tomorrow still holds out its hands to you

So here's some wings
They're yours forever
And here's some dreams that will come true
Take those tears to wash away your sorrow
Tomorrow still holds out its hands to you
Tomorrow still holds out its hands to you
Tomorrow still holds out its hands to you

They are beautiful.

You have done so well in battling against the demons of drink.

Enjoy your day with your son

Matt,

Lovely words.

Matt like I have already said, you should be proud of yourself for staying dry for 4 weeks now. Keep it up.

Hopefully, now that you have started to find the good things in life like quality time with your son and just the every day joy that life can bring, you will strive to stay dry and make the most of what life has to offer.

Take care

xx Sarah xx

Good aint they.

The music that accompanys them was the score for the movie "a perfect storm" which if you have'nt seen yet is well worth a watch, but its based on a true story, so girls..... Have those tissues handy.

What a day, went to a local theme park and spoilt him silly. Funny, was sat watching him play on the rides, big smile on his face and i thought to myself........"i could really get used to this". Wish i'd started to do this years ago tbh, i never realised how thereputic it was looking at the world through a childs eyes.

Ahh well, he's had his Mcdonalds. Whoops, {other fast food chains are available folks} and now hes back wiv his mum whose spent the day in a whirlwind blitzing the housework bless her.

Just looking forward to Monday now where i get to do it all over again.

You know what, life can be good sometimes.

Take care and God bless
