Point 1. Its hard to stay put when you have a nasty ex on yr tail. I should know I stuck it for 11 months. But I reckon if you can then do so. But yr life is worth more than a few bricks and a bit of felt. I think so anyway.

I agree with DL on point 2. Shop around. I got a partner of the firm. She was expensive but she sure kicked my ex's barister around. Experiance counts. My sol quaoted me 1k to do my div. 7.5k later is was done. I could have bought a good new car for that. Still its done now and she was very good. I love women sols. They are so....... evil. lol. I did a lot of the work for my sol.

Divorce is hard enough as it is. I cant understand why people have to be so nasty. That makes it harder and more expensive. F
