Finally my abusive and violent ex has been arrested 10 days ago and bailed till end of this month....He moved out the house(after divorce and even if court order he refused to sign the transfer forms into my name, refused to pay CSA maintenance, refused to pay all house bills includes mortgage)with police force to his girlfriend house...They are together last 2 years,he is goung, staying over there, coming bac ex wife used clean and wah his clothes and still cooks for him..otherwise he could get violent so easy..anyway I applied for no molestation order also..judge gave him one year order without his notice....
Second hearing was yesterday I reperesent myself....when I went to the court I saw him ,his partner (now they call eachother as a partner before my ex said she is noone ,he only spends weekends with her )and his solicitor. His solicitor came to me and told me ,he isnt attent to go back to home only wants to see our daughter, pick her up from school and bring back monday morning...I said:Its not up to him what he wants even if he wants he cant be back home also..he can see our daughter but in this circumstances he cant take her night over, also he ha sto apply contact order also he doesnt want me to take kids and go to istanbul for sumer holiday....
First time I felt so strong and confident...he made statement against to me ,you can think he is not the one has been arrested becouse I did all kinda things anyways his lovely partner even if we didnt meet once, never spoke also made statement against to me....she says he is lovely, calm, consider persone ..there is no any violent in his nature.....???????????ok I am lying then I know him for 10 years, this woman know s and admitted she know him only 2 years even when we were married...when I met my ex he was lovely too...anyway in the court room they asked to see our daughter is 5 years old and judge said no way under this circumstances....they have to apply contact order .....he started to cry suddenly ....with tears...crocodile tears ..he says he cant eat he cant sleep and he is constantly in tears...I said by myself 'wellcome to my world....I was in same situation last 2 years'But he will be ok,I came all the way through..he will do same too..now his turn..what goes around comes around....:)
