Every emotion has an equal and opposite emotion eg happy vs sad, elation vs depression, hatred vs love.

Everyone chooses their emotions at any particular point in time of the day. The other person can agree with that emotion or take the opposite view.

Unfortunately there is no middle way. Choose the emotion you want and stick to it.

The easiest way to handle technology like texts and mobile phones is to imagine that you are not human and are an animal with basic instincts of food and sex. Immediately everything becomes easier.

Humans fundamentally are a form of animal species we are born, eat, have sex and die. Keep remembering that and you will never get upset.

Dear All

Thank you all so very much for you kind words. I am having an ok day - have tidied the bedroom! My lovely man has rang me lots today (although we are always close) to check that I am ok. You have all restored my faith in human nature.
