Why is that i was forced on income support with no job and no prospects at the moment of getting a job with a 9 year old child that my husband can live with his new partner andf earn at least £60.000.00 a year together and i can't claim child support from the child support agency to support out two children.

Mumova,
You dont explain why you can't you get child support. I am confused as to how you have no prospects of employment....are there special circumstances to prevent you working?
