Once a spouse gets issued with a B94-1, Notice of an Application for a home rights Notice. Does this mean that both Spouses need to start paying for the house - Are you both legally committed to paying for the house?

No, it simply records that both have legal rights in relation to the property which any potential buyer or mortgage company needs to be aware of.

Thanks for your help. So in my case I end up paying for everything, even though our status quo is changing and she has more than enough money to start contributing - wonder who the losers are.
