Hi again! So my STBX didn''t send back his agreement after reminders from the mediation and myself, he is adamant he doesn''t want to spend any money! I have received a letter stating we are not going to be suitable.

He says he forgot, I really don''t want to drag things out, but was wondering whether I give him a chance to open a new case and pay or should I go straight to court.

If court what are my next steps I will be self repping but with legal advice.

Many thanks
