Can anybody give me any advice on this process. Marriage in excess of 20 years, two children, one of school age, stbex 57 years, equity in property,(which I left for my own safety, with the children), is approx 60k he has pension, not sure of value, but it will be worth more than mine, as I have been in my pension for 21 years, but part time for 9 years. He also is awaiting a quarter share of his late parents property, approx value 40k.Just need a few pointers' on what to ask for in terms of settlement, thanks in advance.
