I'm paying spouse and child maintenance as per court order until the end of my last child full time education.
my son is doing A levels this summer, in May and June.
Until what month I'm legally obliged to pay?

When he's no longer on the school roll and therefore no longer in full time secondary education, usually this end date would beginning of September.

The last payment (CM) is August, as the new school year starts in September.

Check the wording of the court order carefully.

For CMA purposes child maintenance would end at the end of full time NON ADVANCED education, ie A’ levels or equivalent. Liability would end first Monday in September.

With a court order it is down to the wording, and the interpretation of the wording. If it just says full time education you might find your ex arguing that it includes first degree, masters, doctorate etc if still full time.

Check the wording!
