Hi All

Do you need to provide payslips as evidence for child maint?
I used CM calculator and i based my contract gross salary, but my payslips might be showing extra OT (which is not in contract)

They can just use your P60 submission from HMRC if they need to look at your gross. Unless you are self employed trying to disguise OT is unlikely to help if it varies month to month so just use the annual figure and amend it annually unless there is a material change in your circumstances

thank you

I did have OT in last 2-3 pay slips but I will no longer have it going forward
Just wondering do i reference the payslip value in calculator or latest P60?
