First are you paying anything to your ex other than child maintenance?
All bills etc should be in her sole name. If you have a joint mortgage you may need to keep that up if she doesn't. Apart from that you only need to pay child maintenance.
It is worth talking to the CAB who may be able to help you set up a debt management plan.
I think you are focusing too much on the unfairness of your situation (which I sympathise with) and getting het up when what's needed is a cool head and an organised approach.
If there is missing information that is material to any financial settlement, you need to draw this to the attention of the judge. If you did not get chance to produce a questionnaire, you should do so now. If there is no order which sets deadlines for questionnaire to be answered, set one yourself. If you don't get adequate answers or there is still stuff missing, you can apply to the courts for an order to answer a schedule of deficiencies. This is a list of what's missing that she can be ordered to produce.
If you have a reasonable picture of her financial position, you could consider a offer to settle. We can help you to work out what may be fair if you can provide some information
