There is a link here somewhere someone kindly gave me (but I dont know where it is now) and that worked out to £672 a month is all you can earn before you are eligible ?
Perhaps someone could kindly post it again ? The sol today didnt even go through that with me as I had said I wasnt eligible ? but if/when I do proceed I will ask him to double check.

Annie,
No idea of the link, but I was informed that you are allowed 9k annual net disposable income (NDI)...I would get ur decision checked....wen I had 2k annual NDI, I was billed to pay towards legal aid....it took them 6 months of investigating...but they eventually admitted they had made a mistake...good idea to also check if you have input all allowable deductions
