My form E was completed on the 20th August for an exchange scheduled for the 21st Sept.

The Ex has since issued proceedings for an exchange date on the 28th October for a 1st Hearing on 2nd Dec.

Does this mean I have to update my bank statements/ balances to a new month? The statements are all up to the 31st July. Property valuations are dated July/August also.:S

The form should be up to date at the point that it is exchanged as it will be easier to compare the Forms E if they are prepared to the same date.
