Even if you are on legal aid you can still change solicitors if you are not satisfied with the service you are receiving.

Maybe worth approaching the senior partner in the firm first with your concerns to see what they can come up with.

At what stage of the process are you at?

When you say NOTHING since January, what does that actually mean?

I know divorce is a very stressful time, but sometimes you just have to be a bit pro-active and just keep on top of your solicitors, I know I had to.

Our case is important to us and OUR divorce, to them we are just another case and they do not see the emotional side of things, that is not what they are paid for.

Let us know a bit more information and we will try and guide you along the way.

Regards, Sarah
