My husband left me 1 month ago and he is not answering to any e-mail, phone calls or texts. I have been married since 7 september last year and I would like to divorce asap and move on in my life. Is there any legal action I can take beacouse he is refusing to contact me back and causing so much trouble in my life? He is back in Italy where I only have the address of his parents.

What is the best thing I can do to resolve my divorce?

Hello Franci

Sorry to bring bad news but you will need to wait for i year from the date of your marriage before you can begin the divorce.
