Hi everyone
Please bear with me, it’s been a rough time.
I’m divorced now and have a constant battle with my ex, I’ll try be brief but there’s a lot I need help with, at the beginning of the month the police phoned and said she had made a complaint of controlling and coercive behaviour, stunned wasn’t the word, split in Feb 2018, she officially left Aug 2018, we have 1 daughter between us who wanted to stay with me, in the complaint, was name calling issues , telling her what to wear, Saying I mentally abused her, said she was no good with money, and lots more, at the end the officer said it’s just a marriage that’s broke down to me, but it has to go to cps.
Other big problem is my daughter is being used as a pawn by her and since I asked for help of social to get her to see her mum, my life and my 15 yr old daughters mental health has it rock bottom, my daughter plays us both off and is back and to, she now uses the mental abuse like her mum, when I ask her to tidy and stuff, a couple of weeks ago, after a pile of vile abuse and total disrespect, I grabbed my daughter by the shoulders, no excuses totally out of order.
It was me that told social and her school and anyone else involved, I’ve now had a 19 page report done, obv with the help of her mum that damns me big time, to cap it off a non-molestation was text last Friday, same as police stuff, controlling, stopping her having money and lots more, paid for a solicitor this morning to help with non-molestation order, lasted 30 mins couldn’t wait get off the phone and wasn’t a great deal of help, just said ask for it to be removed if you agree to do and so, it revolves around a text I sent, she’s self employed but says she earns £97 a week, she was paying at last count £27 pound CSM, as soon as she had my daughter she’s straight in the them, so I calmly asked can I pay £50 a week till we know what’s going on, she refused and said I want to keep it legal, I responded with I’m sick to death of this and I know for a fact you earn more than that and said I think people should mow your little secret, cue the police and the order, she said she’s scared of what I’ll do and is worried for her safety, she’s very good at that, and wants a screen at court and separate entrance, not that scared that on be day she was stood 10ft away at the her friends next door to mine and was also there the night before the order came, sorry for war and piece, any advice on court welcome, thanks
