I split with my wife 9 weeks ago her choice, never saw it coming, she used the phrase I love you but I'm not in love with you.In the weeks that have past she's moved out, sorted out buying me out.but she is really keen we stay friends, she's said we may get back together in a year or two,she doesn't want to divorce yet,she visits me and is very friendly like we are still together

That situation is really sending mixed messages which are playing with your emotions. Try not to place too much store by what she says about getting back together. That way you hold out hopes for something which may not happen and is more hurtful in the end.

Take time to think about what you want and how you can build a future.

Very similar story to mine, I love you but I'm not in love, give it a few years! I'd say there's two ways to deal with it, as I did, steel her phone and then take action, guaranteed to drive her away. Or put up and shut up, no idea if that works but it wasn't for me!

Sorry for you
