Hello,

I found out that my husband is seeing someone else and for that reason, I want a divorce, but he blackmailing me that if I go further with the divorce he will take my child and everything that belongs to me. I am anxious that he may actually do these things or he may be physically violent towards me. Can I rely on domestic violence and apply for a non-molestation order?

Coercive and threatening behaviour are forms of domestic abuse. Are you saying he may make these threats or that he has made them?
