Thanks Eliza - a good article for the bits I did understand. I am sure Denial is me for a lot of my life, but particularly last year for some aspects of my life.

However:-

This is classic my ex on an almost daily basis and I lived with this for years and years and years, but didn''t see it until I was out of the marriage. OMG how blind are we when this happens to us. People on the outside can see it, so why can''t we?
