Hello all,

my then solicitor filed my divorce application last year, divorce then waited whilst myself and partner went through family courts for child arrangements which are now settled. I no longer wish to use my previous solicitor (and hope very much not to have to use one at all anymore). Can anyone advise me if I can now apply for the conditional order myself without involving solicitor who filed initial app and took marriage certificate?

many thanks for any advice
