Are you in the court process or is this voluntary disclosure? Either way you can ask for up to date disclosure and raise questions about it. The difference is that if you are in the court process the judge will order him to answer them.

So we are dealing with solicitors at this moment in time and it’s now been 4 weeks since I requested these and still no response? I need this information

The only way to compel disclosure AFAIK is to ask the court to require it. If you have given a clear deadline that hasn't been met, then mediation should be tried followed by an application to court. This doesn't mean you have to go through the process to the bitter end: you will be encouraged to settle once you have disclosure and an assessment of needs.
It can be pointless and expensive to have solicitors writing chasing letters for weeks/months.

Ok then we simply can’t move forward then as mine is up to date & his is not, am not asking for much just proves what I already know & I will definitely be seeking the courts to intervene

Thanks!
