My separated husband and I have exchanged form Es. He has provided his Form E without his pension and businees details. I have disclosed everything.

Can we get a conset order?
What are the pros and cons of doing a final order at this point?

Cons are you, and the court, have no idea of what is fair as you don’t know what there is to divide.

If the court knows they exist they will want to know their values.

Pros? Well for you there are none. For your ex, presumably he intends to not include two valuable assets in the negotiations and get away with keeping them all.
