My husband has a house he rents which belonged to him pre marriage.( I also now one) We have just declared our Financial assets and discovery he has put his house up for sale. Should assets be Frozen at this point incase he is freeing up money to sift away or use to buy our family home/ put him in an advantageous position to buy our home?

If you froze all assets what would you live on during the divorce process?

The more liquid assets there are the easier it is to sort everything out. It will be easy enough to trace the cash flow of a house sale if it does go through.

How will it put him at an advantage? I think you are worrying unnecessarily.
