I have a financial settlement from my divorce and i (stupidly) agreed at the time to settle for a sum of money from a property that was held in a trust, my ex husband then had his pension, business and use of a house we own abroad, i was bullied out of this (in our children's names).

Due to a 'technical issue' with the trust i have not received a penny. I know my ex husband has a considerable amount of earnings and has not offered any kind of agreement.

I had some advice from a solicitor a couple of years ago but it didnt help and i cant afford further advice.

I am thinking of sending off a D11 form but have no idea if this is the right thing to do and also the court fees look complicating.

Does anyone have any information on this please?
