Dear friends

Good morning

We have exchanged our questionnaire wherein the respondent has not disclosed his significant bank accounts, overseas account and credit card details.
I have given all the missing accounts with numbers.

my question:
who will decide whether these statements need to be provided?
will the courts give directions?
does the applicant pay for getting each bank statement disclosed?
In order to reduce stress and prolonging the case, Can I during the FDR hearing put forth my Consent Order without going for disclosures?
Would it be fair and considered by the judge?

Kindly treat this as urgent.

Faithfully yours
MM

How would a judge, or anyone else, be able to say if a division of assets was fair without a disclosure of what those assets are?

The person who the account belongs to is required to provide statements.
