Hi Team,

My divorce petition has been issued, can you advise when I can apply for Finance application? what is name of application form? please advise.

I am victim of domestic abuse, can't get through mediation with ex.

You can find the step-by-step guide to applying to court for financial remedy here -

You will need to apply on Form A, you can self-declare on the form that you are not suitable for mediation because of the domestic abuse.
