I was just wondering if anybody had experienced the other party not attending the Final Hearing.

What happened ?

Did it get adjourned ?

Did the Judge carry on and make a final decision?

I ask because so my STBX has failed to turn up for the FDR and a further hearing on this horrendous journey and the grapevine suggests she is not planning to attend this either to further frustrate proceedings to delay the sale of the former marital home .
