Yes I realise he is being difficult but stopping contact isnt the way forward as it makes you in the wrong not him.

if he wont go to mediation all you can do is apply to court for a variation that included structure for the holidays. However if your hoping a court would make him tell you all his holiday plans and make him have the children so you may have a holiday without them, think your going to be disappointed.
