Hi

Newbie here.
I am looking for some advice with regards to my wife refusing to complete & return AOS.
I know that she has received the papers as she told my son that she will not sign them, just so I can re marry!! I have tried messaging her, asking her to please sign them, but all I receive is abusive messages. I want to apply for "deemed service" but I'm not sure if the court will take the text messages as proof that she has received the paper's or not? Just to add, the other evening she told me that she had "cut herself really bad this time & hope that she doesn't wake up in the morning. Does anyone have experience of this?
Thank you
