Hi All

Does anyone know which boxes to tick for a divorced couple looking for a Clean Break Consent Order if one of them has already brought the other out of the house, and thats all they have to split please? The form seems impossible.

Thank you

If you look below the list of things you are applying for, there's a section that asks if this is a consent order. If you tick yes, most of the rest of the form is redundant.

You will need a properly drafted consent order and a completed D81 setting out your respective financial positions.

This site offers a cost effective consent order drafting and submission service that you may want to look at.
