Please could you tell me how much information I should put in Living arrangements section. We are currently living in the same house in separate rooms and I am currently paying all the mortgage until we have finalised the financial agreement and funds can be released for one of us to move out to another accommodation. I filled out the section saying that due to financial reasons we were still in the same house and that we both live separately and sleep in separate room. But the court has returned this and is requesting more information?

no Unreasonable behaviour Although we have been pretty much living separate lives for the last two years but didn''t ask for divorce until October and moved to spare room.

It does seem that judges have tightened up, seems they are not so keen on allowing people to divorce while still living together, best give a decent level of information, the judge really needs to know if the marriage is over, if it is you should be living together in the same house but leading separate lives.
