Financial order specifies ex-contributing half mortgage and maintaining one joint debt until FMH sold. Ex has not maintained payments for a few months and now has a debt company negotiating a few pounds per month. The order includes equality payment so do I leave it in the hope of a sale & claim via this or take it back to court? If I go back to the court what is the avenue and is this what he wants?
