The Court made the order-to put our house on the sale and together shall agree the estate agents and solicitor to deal with the sale in default the court shall appoint them. Finally I will get lump sum from the sales.
My exhusband is not keen on sale of the house and put on very high price. What should I do in this situation ?The court has never given a time scale for saling, how long I have to waite and what are my action should be??

please help with advice or share expeience please
Best regards
Galina

You will have to be guided by the estate agents - did they recommend the current marketing price?

Estate agents don't like properties on their books too long as they go 'stale' and become difficult to shift. They will provide feedback constantly and recommendations to reduce the price if warranted. This the information and evidence which you can use to apply to the court.

You would first use the evidence to ask your ex to reduce the price and if he does so against the estate agent's recommendations, you can put him on notice that you will apply to the court.

Thank you so much, I verbally asked my ex-husband to reduce price by £5000 but he does not, the house on the market 5 months hardly any viewers, because it is not good area Middlesbrough. Moreover is tenant lives there, unfortunately I can not do nothing about it I live myself in Bournemouth. So if I reapply to the court , What should I ask the Court ? Any particular applications I have to do ? Maybe you can recommend any companies and solicitor to help me?
I am very appreciate for your help and your time
