It's the lack of tangible evidence that bothers me so much. I have just received his replies to my questionnaire, all pretty much predictable e.g. I asked for an explanation to some considerable cash deposits into his account, the answers claim they are gifts from family and friends to help with his limited income! They are in fact payments for things he sells but getting evidence is beyond me. Please tell me a judge can see through that? I have sent an email to the wikidivorce help address. I'll take all the help I can get. I am sure he has made as full disclosure as he is going to, what he has declared will be true, but it's the things that he hasn't declared that I do not see how I can evidence. There are lifestyle issues he would have to address but he has always got the 'gift from family and friend' to use.

Could you please let me know about the situation with the order for directions following the first hearing. If both sides agree to change something is that allowed or do you have to stick to the word of the order.

With regards to valuations needed, one property was left off because our valuations were deemed close enough to be agreed, yet another was left on even though the % difference in our valuations were as close to the one left off?

The whole process is draining, in fact I can't think of a word that carries enough gravitas to describe the toll it takes. The only thing I can is the end is in sight for you, then hopefully you will feel able to draw a line under it and move on. Maybe there will be movement towards an agreement before your final hearing, I understand that happens a lot? How was the FDR did you find it useful or not?
