I am working on the draft order, unfortunately I am being blackmailed and threatened if I don't accept that I will have to wait years for it to sell as no one will buy it,but noone will buy at the price as its too high and him and EA refusing to reduce

do not let them try and bully you, my ex was prob banking on me not taking him back to court as thinks he is above the law, once you take it back to court it will get sorted for you.

Use any emails or text messages as evidence of this.

The Consent Order stands unless changed by a Judge. He would have to make his own application to do that.

Have you made a D11 application for a court date?
Don’t get too hung up on drafting an order, let the Judge do it on the day.

I have been told to use N244, wasn't married, think thats the difference here but will take a look at the other form, how much it cost you?

I am struggling with layout of application and how to go about listing everything I want to say, did you ask for them to pay your costs?

was not as bad as i thought it would be self repping! all worked out there was an offer made before I walked into see the judge :)judge was great :)
