W produced list of items that H may have returned to him by collecting them.
H unable to return to FMH due to threats of violence by son.
W legal counsel written into Consent Order that items be retained by W.
can order be varied within 21 days to have the items ordered to be returned to H?

Is this a consent order that has been stamped by the court?

If it hasn't yet been submitted, ask for it to be changed. A consent order must have your agreement to be able to proceed.

If it has been stamped, then I don't think there's much you can do if you have agreed to it.

Could a friend collect the times for you, or would the wife bring them to you?

It appears to be a standard clause that each party shall keep item in possession off.

However, I did not agree to this, in fact, W produced a list of items that she consented to return.

can stamped order be varied to order return of items?

No friends near to me, W refuses to deliver items, I wanted to send courier but she refused to allow this.

Can order be varied to order return of items?
