Please help

I pleaded guilty on January to grabbing my wife and was charged and got community service. I will not go in to details, however all I will say is that we both weren't no angels.

Before the court date I received a summons to attend a family court as my wife had taken out a non molestation order

We both attended and sat next to each other holding hands.

the original request was for 0ne year, however the judge reduced this to six months, with the direction that my wife serves the NMO

Firstly the NMO wasn't ever served, I said that I would honour the six months and that I would move away. I even received a picture of the NMO ripped up.

I have found out that my wife has taken in four lodgers and is receiving money (over 2k pcm and is breaching our mortgage agreement)

We have been out several times and we get on well and I have even been back to our house to get some clothing

My six months are up and I want to sell up and get on with my life, however my wife mentioned that she would apply for a non habitation order if I came back

all I want is to get my house ready as it isn't sellable at the moment

Can I go home
