Any advice welcome please!

FDR in a couple of weeks. Try to summarise. Me and x 50 kids 18 and 14. Together since age 19. Separated for 6 years. Kids live with me. X now high earner £60k pa. Agreed with me I would look after kids.I have always worked p/t currently earn £15k I enjoy my job. He had affair with young woman agreed to separate. He now lives with partner - not the one had affair with - and filed for divorce.
He has not agreed to anything reasonable during divorce negotiations. Just demanded 30% of FMH equity and to keep all his pension ,all equity in house he bought after we separated and wants to pay CM at less than CSA amount.
I am not well have had mental health issues and have been on anti depressants for years. Also have a heart disorder and have also been referred to hospital for high cholesterol. Sol suggested I may be entitled to spouse maintenance due to this

I don't know about the other stuff but he certainly shouldn't be paying CM of less than the CSA amount. You can't be bound to agreements for him to do this in any case, so it wouldn't be in his interest to negotiate it.
